After discussing and discussing freely, your final tour schedule comes out. And then by sending tour reservation inquiry to us, you are considered to understand and accept these terms and conditions. Top China Tours reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
The quotation includes:
1. Comfortable vehicles for airport and train station pick-up as well as transportation for sightseeing specified in tour itinerary.
2. Domestic flights / trains / Cruises within taxes and the travel accident insurance.
3. Entrance fees for sightseeing as outlined in tour itinerary.
4. Excellent local English-speaking tour guides and experienced drivers.
5. Two bottles of drinking water a day a person.
6. Meals specified in tour itinerary.

7. Accommodating in comfortable hotels with breakfasts.
8. Special Tibet Travel Permit fee if Tibet is included in your tour schedule.
9. Government taxes.
The quotation excludes:
1. Personal international flights / trains arrive in & depart from China.
2. Personal Insurances.
3. Insurance on cancellation of booking.
4. Personal expenses.
5. Tips for your professional tour guides and drivers.
6. The expenses on optional tour arrangements recommended in tour itinerary.
7. Visa fee
A deposit Equal to 20% of the total tour price per person should be paid upon your reservation. (if the first deposit is less than 50 USD, we charge 50 USD net per person.) The transfer charge is on your own. Then, we will secure your reservation and process your final booking immediately.
PS:
When your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter informing you with the proposed flights, hotels, and tours in details. If any conditions should change after the confirmation, Top China Tours reserves the right to make changes and provide you with the similar alternative options.
The Final Payment Deduct the reservation deposit charge from the total tour amount, the final / rest payment should be paid 90 days prior to your departure day by traveler's cheque or 30 days prior to your departure day by cable transfer, PayPal or Western Union. The transfer charge is on your own.

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
1. Notification of all cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Top China Tours. Top China Tours count your refund on the day when we receive the written cancellation by Beijing time. All refunds will to traveler within 20 working days after getting the receipt of your cancellation.
2. The reservation deposit will not be calculated into the charge of the cancellation percentage, but it will be available for your next trip within 12 months.
3. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
30 days before departure: 25% of the tour price;
21 days before departure: 30% of the tour price;
15 days before departure: 40% of the tour price;
07 days before departure: 50% of the tour price;
06 days before departure: 80% of the tour price;
4. After the tour begins, any extra charges caused by clients' changes will be added, such as air cancellation fee, hotel cancellation penalty, etc. Any unused portion is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is:
20kg (44pounds) for the economy class,
30kg (66pounds) for the business class,
40kg (88pounds) for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage.
Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of yours. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
You must advise us in writing, or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small, collapsible wheelchair. Certain features, and certain trips, are not wheelchair-accessible. We cannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in international destinations.
Top China Tours reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants.
We cannot accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy.
You should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize yourselves with health requirements applicable to the areas you intend to visit. You are solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries you are going to visit or transit.
Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating that the he/she is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal in case that the very high altitude have the possible effects on certain people.
While Top China Tours provides you the Travel Agencies’ Liability Insurance, regulated by Nations Tourism Administration of China (CNTA). Under this statute, the clients will receive compensation in cases of property loss, injury, or damage occurred during the guided tour. However, this insurance does not cover any expenses related to accidents outside of the control of the travel agency, like you need to cancel your trip for your sudden business conflict, you have to interrupt your trip for your son's unexpected state play off game, or you just can't continue your trip for you break your ankle, etc. Then we highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin.
Top China Tours recommend to the travelers, to present their personal documents to show the operator and hotels with the correct names, effective numbers in the passports, etc.
Passports & Visas
You are responsible for all visas, permits, necessary health requirements, and any other documents as required by laws, regulations and orders of the countries visited. All passengers travelling in China require a Passport, valid for 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip, and with appropriate visas according policy of each country.
Important: It is the responsibility of each passenger to have a valid Passport and necessary visas, as well as to comply with entry, health or other requirements of the countries visited. The Operators and/or their employees and agents are not responsible for passport, visa requirements, entry, health or other requirements of the countries visited or for any loss sustained by you for failing to comply with laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of countries visited.
Top China Tours organize by order and account of our travelers, with their names, the transportation, lodging and other tourist services required, so we are not responsible in case of accidents, losses of personal effects, delays or interferences with the tour, due to force majeure like bad weather condition or some problems in the operation respect of the transportation companies like airplane, train and bus. We have no the direct responsibility.
Top China Tours is not responsible for any kind of sickness, maternity, physical or mental impediments, which may put into risk the health or integrity of our traveler or third parties during the tour. We will not assume any claim or reimbursement due to the above mentioned reasons.
We request to inform us previous to the agreement of our services, about any limitation of this nature, in order to recommend special services which contemplate the existing impediments.
Social Events: Top China Tours is not responsible for strikes or some politics situation which can be interrupt part of your trip, in this case Top China Tours does the best to try to help the traveler and find another way you continue your trip but it depend of the availabilities and the real situation we have to consider the security in the zone.
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Top China Tours has provided, please inform your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail or facsimile in writing within 15 days upon your finish of your tour. Please attach relevant receipts and substantiating evidence to the letter of claim. Top China Tours will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
