Yonghe Palace

Introduction :

Arrive at Beijing. You will be greeted by our excellent local English-speaking guide and transferred to hotel. In the afternoon, you will visit the Lama Palace (Yong He Gong) built in 1694. It is the largest Buddhist temple in China and one of the best places for exploring Chinese religious culture.

Tiananmen Square

Introduction :

After breakfast, you will visit the Temple of Heaven. It was built by emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for good harvest. Then have an excursion to the China Great Wall, one of the greatest wonders of the world, was listed as a World Heritage by UNESCO in 1987. Just like a gigantic dragon, the Great Wall stretches approximately 8,851.8 kilometers (5,500 miles) from east to west of China.

Day 03 Beijing (B. L. D)

Introduction :

This morning, you can walk along the famous Tiananmen Square - the largest square in the world, and reach the Forbidden City, the imperial palace for 24 Emperors between 1420 and 1911. In the afternoon, you will have Hutong Tour with hopping on a rickshaw to ride through the narrow alleys. And then visit the local family to know the life of Beijing people in your leisure as optional.

Day 04 Beijing - Xi'an (B. L. D)

Shaanxi History Museum

Introduction :

Take the morning flight to Xi'an. Meet the excellent local English-speaking guide in the airport and transferred to check in hotel. Today your schedule is arranged to visit the ancient City Wall of the Ming Dynasty, which has over 600 years history and is the most complete and best preserved ancient city wall in China. Then you will go to the Shaanxi History Museum, one of the nation's best Museum and is honoured as "the history of China".

Terracotta Warriors

Introduction :

You will have a full day to visit the renowned Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, which was acclaimed to be the eighth wonder of the world; and the Tomb of the First Chinese Emperor (Qin Shihuang Mausoleum) who are the builder of the terra-cotta warriors and horses. They are both situated in Lintong county of Xi'an, and about 30 kilometers from downtown Xi'an.

Day 06 Xi'an - Chongqing (B. L. D)

Introduction :

Visit the Great Mosque in the downtown, which is one of the most famous mosques in the country, has a history over 1200 years. You can appreciate combination of the Chinese and Islamic temple and Chinese traditional furniture of Qing Dynasty. And then wandering in Old Town.Take the flight to Chongqing in the morning and meet our English-speaking guide at the airport. Today your schedule is arranged to visit the Eling Park, also known as "courteous park", with special plant species and a newly built tower (Liangjiang Pavilion) providing the view of the entire city. After dinner, you will embark.

Day 07 The Three Gorges Cruise Tour (B. L. D)

Ghost City

Introduction :

Morning excursion to Fengdu Snow Jade Cave. Fengdu, the "Ghost City”or Shibaozhai, is where the devil lives, according to Chinese legend. It is said that spirits go to heaven, and evil goes to Fengdu. The town is the home the King of the Dead. The whole place has an eerie feel to it with deserted streets, tower blocks, empty shops and banks. The only people here are those who make a living from visiting cruise boats. And then back onboard, the Captain's Welcome Party, welcome dinner and Crew Cabaret in the evening.

Day 08 The Three Gorges Cruise Tour (B. L. D)

Yangtze River

Introduction :

An morning optional tour is available to the White Emperor City at Fengjie, afterwards the first two gorges - Wu Gorge, also called Da Xia (Large Gorge), is comprised of Golden Helmet and Silver Armor Gorge (Jinkui Yinjia Xia) and Iron Coffin Gorge and Qutang Gorge, the shortest and most majestic of the Three Gorges, winds five miles from Baidi City in Fengjie County to Daxi Town in Wushan County. In the afternoon you will take shore excursion to the Shennong Stream by pea pod boat. Shennong Stream is another tributary of the Yangtze River, and its fast-flowing, crystal clear water runs southwards through deep gorges. Xiling Gorge, five-step ship locks of the Three Gorges Dam in the early evening.

Day 09 The Three Gorges Tour - Yichang - Shanghai (B. L. D)

Introduction :

Morning shore excursion at Sandouping to the Three Gorges Dam, arrival in Yichang at about 11:30am and disembark. After lunch you will take the flight to Shanghai, and greeted by our excellent English-speaking guide at the airport. Shanghai is the largest and most cosmopolitan city in the world. Visit the Bund alongside Huangpu River. It is often referred to as "the museum of buildings", as many different styles of European buildings left by foreign traders can be found here.

Yuyuan Garden

Introduction :

In the morning, you will be guide to visit Yuyuan Garden, the most typical Chinese traditional garden built in 1709. In the garden, you can appreciate quintessential Chinese zigzag bridges, rockeries, and pavilions; the Longhua Temple, which is the oldest and largest as well as most active Buddhist temple in Shanghai. It is especially famous for its 10th-century, seven-story octagonal pagoda. Then walking along the Old Town, where you can find everything from popular local snacks and food, crafts, antiques and souvenirs to coffee shops, teahouses and some great restaurants. To end this day, you will watch a thrilling show (optional) - the Shanghai Acrobats.
