Beijing - Xi'an - Guiyang - Kaili - Zhenyuan - Fenghuang - Zhangjiajie - Shanghai 15 Days

Day 01 Beijing (D)

Arrive in Beijing, the capital and cultural center of China, where virtually every boulevard and building exudes an air of importance. Transfer on arrival to your 4-star hotel. Visit the Yonghe Palace in the afternoon, the most renowned Tibetan Buddhist temple in China, outside Tibet itself Stay in hotel 2 nights.

Day 02 Beijing (BLD)

Enjoy a full-day tour of the sights that make Beijing a spectacular destination: The Summer Palace, an oasis of tea gardens, pavilions, painted corridors, and shimmering Kunming Lake with Empress Dowager's eccentric marble boat. Badaling Great Wall, one of the world's most awe-inspiring sights, the Great Wall snakes along nearly 4000 miles of impossibly steep hills and harsh, rugged plains. Today you will climb Badaling Great Wall in your leisure and marvel at the manpower that went into building the world's longest structure entirely by hand. Taste your imperial-style Peking Duck dinner before returning to hotel.

Day 03 Beijing - Xi'an (BLD)

Today you will enjoy the sprawling Forbidden City, home to 24 Ming and Qing emperors and now a repository of precious art and antiques, Tiananmen Square, the largest man-made square in the world, and Hutong Tour. You also go shopping in Wangfujing Street. Take overnight train to Xi'an.

Day 04 Xi'an (BLD)

Arrive in Xi'an in the morning, a vital center of history, culture and archaeology. It is impossible to overstate Xi'an's importance in China's history. Here began the fabled Silk Road, here a string of dynasties made their capital, here a Neolithic culture built a village 6000 years ago, and here lies a highlight of your trip: the excavation site of 8000terra-cotta soldiers and horses, buried around the tomb of emperor Qinshihuangdi, builder of the Great Wall and other massive endeavors. Guide will meet you at the platform of railway station and have your breakfast in your hotel. Round out your tour with stops at the North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Shaanxi History Museum, enjoy the brilliant history and 3000 exquisite historical relics in the museum. Stay in 4-star hotel 2 nights.

Day 05 Xi'an (BLD)

Round out your tour with stops at the Museum of Terre-Cotta Warriors and Horses of Qinshihuangdi and Park of City Wall of Ming Dynasty.

Day 06 Xi'an - Guiyang (BLD)

This morning you have tour to the Great Mosque in the downtown, one of the most famous mosques in the country. You can appreciate combination of the Chinese and Islamic temple and Chinese traditional furniture of Qing Dynasty. Fly to Guiyang afternoon and transfer to 4-star hotel. Round out your tour with stops at Qianling Park,Hongfu Temple, Jiaxiu Tower and the flower and bird market. Stay in hotel 1 night.

Day 07 Guiyang - Kaili (BLD)

Take bus to Kaili, the gateway to the captivating minority areas of south-eastern Guizhou. You can appreciate rice field and Miao villages. Stay in 4-star hotel 1 night.

Day 08 Kaili - Zhenyuan (BLD)

Embark on a coach to Zhenyuan, on the way you will visit Miao village and silver ornaments machining factory. Round out your tour with stops at Qinglong Caves (Green Dragon Caves) after arriving in Zhenyuan. Stay in hotel 1 night.

Day 09 Zhenyuan - Tongren - Fenghuang (BLD)

Today you stroll into the old town and local family in the morning, visit Huangsiqiao old town after your lunch, take bus to Fenghuang. Stay in hotel 1 night.

Day 10 Fenghuang - Zhangjiajie (Fhoenix) (BLD)

Visit Fenghuang old town, walking around stone paved streets, Chinese architectural houses and Tuo River cruise. Embark on a

 


 


 

coach to Zhangjiajie, parts of the Wulingshan mountains in north-western Hunan were set aside in 1982 as nature reserves collectively known as the Wulingyuanfengjingqu (Scenic Area ), encompassing the locations of Zhangjiajie, Tianzishan and Suoxiyu. Zhangjiajie is the best known, and many Chinese refer to this area by that name. Stay in 3-star hotel 1 night.

Day 11 Zhangjiajie (BLD)

You will take cable car to visit Huangshizhai Valley, Six Strange Tower, Dinghaishenzhen and the Golden Whip Stream. This afternoon is on your own. Stay in hotel 1 night.

Day 12 Zhangjiajie (BLD)
Our English-speaking guide will show you around Mt.Tianzishan by cable car, Sightseeing Lift, Ten-mile art Gallery and water Surrounding Four Gates. Take bus back to Zhangjiajie, stay in 4-star hotel 1 night.

Day 13 Zhangjiajie - Shanghai (BLD)

Fly to Shanghai, the largest and most cosmopolitan city, as modern any in the world. Visit the riverfront Bund where foreign traders left a legacy of European-style buildings. Stay in 4-star hotel 2 nights.

Day 14 Shanghai (BLD)

You have a full-day visit of Yuyuan Garden with its quintessential Chinese zigzag bridges, rockeries, and pavilions and Jade Buddha Temple. Enjoy acrobatic show after dinner.

Day 15 Shanghai - Hometown (B)

With new insights and found memories of China, you embark on your homebound journey aboard your select airline.
