Beijing - Anyang - Luoyang - Xi'an - Chengdu - Leshan - Mt.Emei - Sanxingdui - Kunming 15 Days

Day 01 Beijing (D)

Arrive in Beijing, the capital and cultural center of China, where virtually every boulevard and building exudes an air of importance. Transfer on arrival to your 4-star hotel. Round out your tour with stops at The Summer Palace, an oasis of tea gardens, pavilions, painted corridors, and shimmering Kunming Lake with Empress Dowager's eccentric marble boat. Stay in hotel 2 nights.

Day 02 Beijing (BLD)

Today you will enjoy the sprawling Forbidden City, home to 24 Ming and Qing emperors and now a repository of precious art and antiques, Tiananmen Square, the largest man-made square in the world, and the Temple of Heaven. Taste your imperial-style Peking Duck dinner before returning to hotel.

Day 03 Beijing (BLD) 

Enjoy a full-day tour of the sights that make Beijing a spectacular destination: Badaling Great Wall, one of the world's most awe-inspiring sights, the great Wall snakes along nearly 4000 miles of impossibly steep hills and harsh, rugged plains. Today you will climb Badaling Great Wall in your leisure and marvel at the manpower that went into building the world's longest structure entirely by hand; the Yonghe Palace in the afternoon, the most renowned Tibetan Buddhist temple in China, outside Tibet itself and Hutong Tour. Take overnight train to Anyang.

Day 04 Anyang (BLD)

Arrive in Anyang in the morning, capital of Shang Dynasty. Guide will pick you up at platform of railway station and transfer to hotel. Visit Yin Ruins Museum. Stay in 3-star hotel 1 night.

Day 05Anyang - Luoyang (BLD)

Embark on a coach to Luoyang, capital of 7 dynasties until the Northern Song dynasty moved its capital to Kaifeng in the 10th century AD. Today, it's hard to imagine that Luoyang was once the centre of the Chinese world and home to more than 1300 Buddhist temples. You will visit Red Flag Canal. Stay in 4-star hotel 2 nights.

Day 06 Luoyang (BLD)

Round out your tour with stops at Shaolin Monastery, at the foot of Wuru Peak on the northern slope of Shaoshi Mountain was originally built in 495 during the Northern Wei Dynasty(368-534). It is known as the “most famous temple under heaven”, for it was here that , in 527, the Indian monk Bodhi Dharma( or Dharma) founded the Chan sect of Buddhism in China. Since Dharma was regarded as the ancestor of the Chan sect, the Shaolin Monastery was called Zuting - the Ancestor's home. Stay in 4-star hotel 1 night.

Day 07 Luoyang - Xi'an (BLD)

You have a visit in Luoyang; Dragon Gate Grottoes, located 12 Km south of Luoyang. The grottos are among the greatest treasure troves of ancient stone carving in China, together with Dunhuang in the north-west province of Gansu and Yungang in the Shanxi Province. Take train to Xi'an, a vital center of history, culture and archaeology. It is impossible to overstate Xi'an's importance in China's history. Here began the fabled Silk Road, here a string of dynasties made their capital, here a Neolithic culture built a village 6000 years ago, and here lies a highlight of your trip: the excavation site of 8000terra-cotta soldiers and horses, buried around the tomb of emperor Qinshihuangdi, builder of the Great Wall and other massive endeavors. Guide will meet you at the platform of railway station and transfer to your 4-star hotel. Stay in hotel 2 nights.

Day 08 Xi'an (BLD)

Round out your tour with stops at the Museum of Terre-Cotta Warriors and Horses of Qinshihuangdi, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, built by pilgrim monk Xuanzang in the Tang Dynasty 1400 years ago and Park of City Wall of Ming Dynasty.

Day 09 Xi'an - Chengdu (BLD)

Fly to Chengdu, “Storehouse of Haven” as the nickname, capital of Sichuan Province. Our English-speaking guide will pick

 

 


you up in the airport and transfer to your 4-star hotel. Round out your tour with stops at Qingyang Palace Baoguo Temple,Tea house and Panda House. Stay in 4-star hotel 1 night.

Day 10 Chengdu - Leshan - Mt.Emei (BLD)

Embark on a coach to Leshan, visit the Great Buddha, which is the largest Buddha in the world, it is also a World Culture Heritage. Drive to Mt.Emei, stay in 3-star hotel 1 night.

Day 11 Mt.Emei - Chengdu (BLD)

You will take cable car to visit Jingding Temple (Golden Top Temple), drive back to Chengdu in the afternoon.

Day 12 Chengdu - Sanxingdui--Chengdu (BLD) 

Embark on a coach to the historical wonder of Sanxingdui. Drive back to Chengdu.

Day 13 Chengdu - Kunming (BLD)

Fly to Kunming in the morning, the capital of Yunnan Province. At an elevation of 1890m, Kunming has a milder climate than most other Chinese cities, and can be visited at any time of a year. Round out your tour with stops at west Hills and Yuantong Temple. Stay in 4-star hotel 2 nights.

Day 14 Kunming - Shilin - Kunming (BLD)

Embark on a coach to Lunan, visit Stone Forest, the geological Karst wonder with the colorful Sani people living around. Drive back to Kunming and visit flower market.

Day 15 Kunming - Hometown (BLD)

After your fine breakfast. With new insights and found memories of China, you embark on your homebound journey aboard your select airline.
