Beijingn - Xi'an - Guilin - Yangshuo - Hangzhou - Suzhou - Shanghai 14 days

Day 01 Beijing (D)

Arrive in Beijing, the capital and cultural center of China, where virtually every boulevard and building exudes an air of importance. Transfer on arrival to your 4-star hotel. Visit the Yonghe Palace in the afternoon, the most renowned Tibetan Buddhist temple in China, outside Tibet itself and Wangfujing Street, a shopping street in Beijing. Stay in hotel 2 nights.

Day 02 Beijing (BLD)

Enjoy a full-day tour of the sights that make Beijing a spectacular destination: The Summer Palace, an oasis of tea gardens, pavilions, painted corridors, and shimmering Kunming Lake with Empress Dowager's eccentric marble boat. Badaling Great Wall, one of the world's most awe-inspiring sights, the great Wall snakes along nearly 4000 miles of impossibly steep hills and harsh, rugged plains. Today you will climb Badaling Great Wall in your leisure and marvel at the manpower that went into building the world's longest structure entirely by hand. Taste your imperial-style Peking Duck dinner before returning to hotel.

Day 03 Beijing - Xi'an (BLD)

Today you will enjoy the sprawling Forbidden City, home to 24 Ming and Qing emperors and now a repository of precious art and antiques; Tiananmen Square, the largest man-made square in the world and Hutong Tour, seeing the view of Beijing local people's life. Take overnight train to Xi'an.

Day 04 Xi'an (BLD)

Arrive in Xi'an in the morning, a vital center of history, culture and archaeology. It is impossible to overstate Xi'an's importance in China's history. Here began the fabled Silk Road, here a string of dynasties made their capital, here a Neolithic culture built a village 6000 years ago, and here lies a highlight of your trip: the excavation site of 8000terra-cotta soldiers and horses, buried around the tomb of emperor Qinshihuangdi, builder of the Great Wall and other massive endeavors. Round out your tour with stops at the north square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Shaanxi History Museum, enjoy the brilliant history and 3000 exquisite historical relics in the museum. Stay in 4-star hotel 2 nights.

 
   

Day 05 Xi'an (BLD)

Round out your tour with stops at the Museum of Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses of Qinshihuangdi and City Wall in Ming Dynasty.

 

Day 06 Xi'an - Guilin (BLD)

This morning you have tour to the Great Mosque in the downtown, one of the most famous mosques in the country. You can appreciate combination of the Chinese and Islamic temple and Chinese traditional furniture of Qing Dynasty. Take flight to Guilin. The green hills of Guilin, whose ethereal landscapes have been immortalized by poets and painters through the ages is one of the major attractions of the country. Stay in hotel 1 night.

Day 07 Guilin - Yangshuo (BLD)

A popular tourist trip is the boat ride from Guilin down the Lijiang to Yangshuo, enjoy the beautiful landscape of mountains of both banks of Lijiang. Disembark to Yangshao in the afternoon, stay in Yangshao for 2 nights after dinner.

Day 08 Yangshuo (BLD)

Ride a bicycle and ride through the Ten-mile Gallery, a narrow road lined on both sides with charming Karst-land scenery, to the Thounsand-year-old Tree Park and Moon Hill which is the highest hill in the Yangshuo County. Explore the primordial Buddha Cave with flashlight to enjoy the fun of exploration of place unknown. Then have a free walk on your own in the West Street, shop whatever you like and have a cup of coffee at leisure in the cafe.

Day 09 Yangshuo - Guilin - Hangzhou (BLD)

Embark on the coach back to Guilin. Visit the immense Reed Flute Cave, filled with impressive grottos, pillars, and inscriptions over 1000 years old. ‘In heaven there is paradise, on earth Suzhou and Hangzhou'. So runs one of China's oldest tourist blurbs. It is the capital of Zhejiang Province, one of the most famous tourist attractions in China. The guide will meet you in the airport and transfer to hotel, stay in hotel for 2 nights.

Day 10 Hangzhou (BLD)

Visit the West Lake which shows its willow-draped islands, inspiration to artists and poets. The Chinese Traditional Medicine

 

 

 

 

Museum introduces Chinese herbs and some famous Chinese medicines including Jingsen, Astragalus membranaceus, sea-horse, etc. You also enjoy the Chinese Tea Garden and Museum, tasting Longjing tea, one of the most famous green tea in south China.

Day 11 Hangzhou - Wuzhen - Suzhou (BLD)

Embark on coach to Wuzhen, a famous water town near Suzhou. You can stroll to the local streets, see the real life of southern China. Transfer to Suzhou by bus after your lunch, a paradisiacal city. Stay in 4-star world class hotel for 1 night.

Day 12 Suzhou - Shanghai (BLD)

 
   

Packed with gardens, pagodas, temples, lively shops and street scenes, Suzhou is a pleasure to explore, as you'll do on this morning's tour. Visit the Garden of the Master of Nets and the Garden for Lingering in. Step into small, harmonious designed with rock, water, trees and showy vegetation, then visit silk factory. Go to Shanghai by train. Shanghai, the largest and most cosmopolitan city, as modern any in the world. You are greeted on arrival and escorted to your 4-star world-class hotel.

Day 13 Shanghai (BLD)

You have a full-day visit of Yuyuan Garden with its quintessential Chinese zigzag bridges, rockeries, and pavilions; the Qibao Old Town, Longhua Temple, Nanjing Road, the most famous shopping street in Shanghai and the riverfront Bund where foreign traders left a legacy of European-style buildings complete the day at a thrilling show by the Shanghai acrobats.

Day 14 Shanghai - Hometown (B)

With new insights and found memories of China, you embark on your homebound journey aboard your select airline.
