Beijing - Xi'an - Guilin - Yangshuo - Caoping - Liutang 13 Days

Day 01 Beijing (D)

Arrive in Beijing, the capital and cultural center of China, where virtually every boulevard and building exudes an air of importance. Transfer on arrival to your 4-star hotel. Today you will enjoy the sprawling Forbidden City, home to 24 Ming and Qing emperors and now a repository of precious art and antiques and Tiananmen Square, the largest man-made square in the world. Stay in hotel 2 nights.

Day 02 Beijing - Xi'an (BLD)

Visit the Yonghe Palace in the afternoon, the most renowned Tibetan Buddhist temple in China, outside Tibet itself, Temple of Heaven and Wangfujing Street, a shopping street in Beijing. Take overnight train to Xi'an.

Day 03 Xi'an (BLD)

Arrive in Xi'an in the morning, a vital center of history, culture and archaeology. It is impossible to overstate Xi'an's importance in China's history. Here began the fabled Silk Road, here a string of dynasties made their capital, here a Neolithic culture built a village 6000 years ago, and here lies a highlight of your trip: the excavation site of 8000terra-cotta soldiers and horses, buried around the tomb of emperor Qinshihuangdi, builder of the Great Wall and other massive endeavors. Our English-speaking guide will meet you at platform of railway station and transfer to hotel for breakfast. Round out your tour with stops at Forest Stele Museum and City Wall in Ming Dynasty. Stay in 4-star hotel 2 nights.

Day 04 Xi'an (BLD)

Round out your tour with stops at the Museum of Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses of Qinshihuangdi.

Day 05 Xi'an - Guilin (BLD)

This morning you have tour to Big Wild Goose Pagoda, built by pilgrim monk Xuanzang in the Tang Dynasty 1400 years ago. Fly to Guilin in the afternoon, the green hills of Guilin, whose ethereal landscapes have been immortalized by poets and painters through the ages is one of the major attractions of the country. Stay in hotel 2 nights.

Day 06 Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin (BLD)

A popular tourist trip is the boat ride from Guilin down the Lijiang to Yangshuo, enjoy the beautiful landscape of mountains of both banks of Lijiang. Disembark to Yangshuo in the afternoon. Return to Guilin and enjoy your fine dinner.

Day 07 Guilin - Caoping (BLD)

Ride a bicycle to Caoping. Stay in hotel 1 night.

Day 08 Caoping - Xingping (BLD)

Ride a Bicycle to Xingping from Caoping, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of countryside. Stay at hotel in Xingping 1 night.

Day 09 Xingping - Yangshuo (BLD)

Ride a Bicycle to Yangshuo from Xingping, you will enjoy a beautiful village on the way to Yangshuo. Stay at 3-star hotel in Yangshuo 1 night.

Day 10 Yangshuo - Liutang (BLD)

Ride a Bicycle to Liutang, stay in hotel 1 night.

Day 11 Liutang - Guilin - Beijing (BLD)

 

 



 

Embark on a coach to Guilin and transfer to Beijing by air. Stay in 4-star hotel 2 nights.

Day 12 Beijing (BLD)

 
   

Enjoy a full-day tour of the sights that make Beijing a spectacular destination: The Summer Palace, an oasis of tea gardens, pavilions, painted corridors, and shimmering Kunming Lake with Empress Dowager's eccentric marble boat. Badaling Great Wall, one of the world's most awe-inspiring sights, the great Wall snakes along nearly 4000 miles of impossibly steep hills and harsh, rugged plains. Today you will climb Badaling Great Wall in your leisure and marvel at the manpower that went into building the world's longest structure entirely by hand.

Day 13 Beijing - Hometown (B)

With new insights and found memories of China, you embark on your homebound journey aboard your select airline.

The trip price includes:

1. Any meals which are not included in the "The trip price includes."

2. International air and train tickets for coming to & leaving mainland China. Air tickets or train tickets not specified in the itinerary on the first arrival day and last departure day.
3. Excess Baggage Charges.
4. Personal expenses: Items of a purely personal nature such as drinks, laundry, tips to guides or drivers, FAX, telephone, excess baggage charges, or sightseeing or meals which are not included in the day-to-day itinerary.
