Shanghai - Zhengzhou - Luoyang - Xi'an - Beijing  12 Days

Day 01 Shanghai (D)

Arrive in Shanghai, the largest and most cosmopolitan city, as modern any in the world. You are greeted on arrival and escorted to your 4-star world-class hotel. Round out your tour with stops at Nanjing Road, the most famous shopping street in Shanghai and the riverfront Bund where foreign traders left a legacy of European-style buildings Stay in hotel 2 nights.

Day 02 Shanghai (BLD)

You have a full-day visit of Yuyuan Garden with its quintessential Chinese zigzag bridges, rockeries, Old Town and pavilions and Jade Buddha Temple complete the day at a thrilling show by the Shanghai acrobats

Day 03 Shanghai - Zhengzhou (BLD)

Fly to Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province. Stay in 4-star hotel 1 night.

Day 04 Zhengzhou - Luoyang (BLD)

Embark on a coach to Luoyang, capital of 7 dynasties until the Northern Song dynasty moved its capital to Kaifeng in the 10th century AD. Today, it's hard to imagine that Luoyang was once the centre of the Chinese world and home to more than 1300 Buddhist temples. Visit Shaolin Monastery, at the foot of Wuru Peak on the northern slope of Shaoshi Mountain was originally built in 495 during the Northern Wei Dynasty(368-534). It is known as the “most famous temple under heaven”, for it was here that , in 527, the Indian monk Bodhi Dharma( or Dharma) founded the Chan sect of Buddhism in China. Stay in 4-star hotel 1 night.

Day 05 Luoyang (BLD)

You have full day visit in Luoyang; Dragon Gate Grottoes, located 12 Km south of Luoyang. The grottos are among the greatest treasure troves of ancient stone carving in China, together with Dunhuang in the north-west province of Gansu and Yungang in the Shanxi Province and Baimasi Temple. You also walk around in the Lantern market. Stay in 4-star hotel 1 night.

Day 06 Luoyang - Xi'an

Take train to Xi'an in the morning, a vital center of history, culture and archaeology. It is impossible to overstate Xi'an's importance in China's history. Here began the fabled Silk Road, here a string of dynasties made their capital, here a Neolithic culture built a village 6000 years ago, and here lies a highlight of your trip: the excavation site of 8000terra-cotta soldiers and horses, buried around the tomb of emperor Qinshihuangdi, builder of the Great Wall and other massive endeavors. Stay in 4-star hotel 3 nights.

Day 07 Xi'an (BLD)

Enjoy and watch Yuanxiao Festival (Jun. 15 of Lunar Year) activity, celebrate Spring Festival with local Chinese people. Stay with local people.

Day 08 Xi'an (BLD)

Return to the hotel.

Day 09 Xi'an (BLD)

Round out your tour with stops at the Museum of Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses of Qinshihuangdi, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, built by pilgrim monk Xuanzang in the Tang Dynasty 1400 years ago and Forest Stele Museum.

Day 10 Xi'an - Beijing (BLD)

Fly to Beijing, the capital and cultural center of China, where virtually every boulevard and building exudes an air of importance. Transfer on arrival to your 4-star hotel.  Today you will enjoy the sprawling Forbidden City, home to 24 Ming and Qing emperors and now a repository of precious art and antiques; Tiananmen Square, the largest man-made square in the world and market. Stay in hotel 2 nights.

Day 11 Beijing (BLD)

Enjoy a full-day tour of the sights that make Beijing a spectacular destination: Badaling Great Wall, one of the world's most awe-inspiring sights, the great Wall snakes along nearly 4000 miles of impossibly steep hills and harsh, rugged plains. Today you will climb Badaling Great Wall in your leisure and marvel at the manpower that went into building the world's longest structure entirely by hand and Ming Thirteen Tomb. Taste your imperial-style Peking Duck dinner before returning to hotel.

Day 12 Beijing - Hometown (B)

With new insights and found memories of China, you embark on your homebound journey aboard your select airline.

The trip price includes:
1. Hotel accommodations with breakfast as specified (but hotels are subject to change to the same category before finally confirmed).
2. All meals as specified in the itinerary.
3. Transfers among airports & hotels as specified in the itinerary by private car or coach with driver & English-speaking guide.

5. Domestic flights, trains or buses as specified in the itinerary.
6. Domestic airports departure taxes have been charged with the flight tickets.

2. International air and train tickets for coming to & leaving mainland China. Air tickets or train tickets not specified in the itinerary on the first arrival day and last departure day.
