Day 04 Beijing - Lhasa (BLD) Fly to Lhasa, literally meaning "Holy-Land", is the heart and soul of Tibet, has history of more than 1,300 years. Transfer to hotel. The rest of day is on your own. Day 05 Lhasa (BLD) You have a full-day visit Jokhang Temple, Eight Angles Street and Day 06 Lhasa (BLD) You will visit Potala Palace, the most imposing attraction of Lhasa and Sera Monastery. Day 07 Lhasa - Xi'an (BLD) Fly to Xi'an, a vital center of history, culture and archaeology. It is impossible to overstate Xi'an's importance in China's history. Here began the fabled Silk Road, here a string of dynasties made their capital, here a Neolithic culture built a village 6000 years ago, and here lies a highlight of your trip: the excavation site of 8000terra-cotta soldiers and horses, buried around the tomb of emperor Qinshihuangdi, builder of the Great Wall and other massive endeavors. Day 08 Xi'an (BLD) Round out your tour with stops at the Museum of Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses of Qinshihuangdi and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, built by pilgrim monk Xuanzang in the Tang Dynasty 1400 years ago. Day 09 Xi'an - Chongqing (BLD) This morning you have tour to the Great Mosque in the downtown, one of the most famous mosques in the country. You can appreciate combination of the Chinese and Islamic temple and Chinese traditional furniture of Qing Dynasty, City Wall in Ming Dynasty, Forest Stele Museum and free market. Take flight to Chongqing, known as Ba in ancient times, is located in Southwest China. It is also known as a city of oven, mountains. Get on board and spend overnight on the boat. Day 10 the Three Gorges cruise Tour (BLD) You will take the shore excursion to Fengdu, the “Ghost City” or Shibaozhai, continue this afternoon through Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge. |

Day 12 Yichang - Wuhan (BLD) Arrive in Yichang, visit the construction of Three Gorges project, ship lock. Take train to Wuhan. Stay in 4-star hotel 1 night. Day 13 Wuhan - Shanghai - Suzhou (BLD) This morning you will visit Provincial Museum, enjoy the state-level chime bells of Zenghuoyi's Tomb in Warring States Period. Take flight to Shanghai transfer to Suzhou by bus, packed with gardens, pagodas, temples, lively shops and street scenes, Suzhou is a pleasure to explore. Stay in 4-star hotel 1 night. Day 14 Suzhou—Shanghai (BLD) Round out your tour with stops at the Garden of the Master of Nets and Lion Grove. Take bus back to Shanghai.
