Day 01 Beijing (D)

Arrive in Beijing, the capital and cultural center of China, where virtually every boulevard and building exudes an air of importance. Transfer on arrival to your 3-star hotel. Visit the Yonghe Palace in the afternoon, the most renowned Tibetan Buddhist temple in China, outside Tibet itself and Wangfujing Street, a shopping street in Beijing. Stay in hotel 2 nights. ***Hotel  

Day 02 Beijing (B.L.D)

Enjoy a full-day tour of the sights that make Beijing a spectacular destination: The Summer Palace, an oasis of tea gardens, pavilions, painted corridors, and shimmering Kunming Lake with Empress Dowager's eccentric marble boat. Badaling Great Wall, one of the world's most awe-inspiring sights, the great Wall snakes along nearly 4000 miles of impossibly steep hills and harsh, rugged plains. Today you will climb Badaling Great Wall in your leisure and marvel at the manpower that went into building the world's longest structure entirely by hand.

Day 03 Beijing - Xi'an (B.L.D)

Today you will enjoy the sprawling Forbidden City, home to 24 Ming and Qing emperors and now a repository of precious art and antiques; Tiananmen Square, the largest man-made square in the world and Hutong Tour, seeing the view of local people's life. Take Z19 (21:24~08:25)overnight train to Xi'an. 

Day 04 Xi'an (B.L.D)

Arrive in Xi'an in the morning, a vital center of history, culture and archaeology. It is impossible to overstate Xi'an's importance in China's history. Here began the fabled Silk Road, here a string of dynasties made their capital, here a Neolithic culture built a village 6000 years ago, and here lies a highlight of your trip: the excavation site of 8000terra-cotta soldiers and horses, buried around the tomb of emperor Qinshihuangdi, builder of the Great Wall and other massive endeavors. Round out your tour with stops at the north square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Shaanxi History Museum, enjoy the brilliant history and 372,000 exquisite historical relics in the museum. Stay in 3-star hotel 2 nights. ***Hotel

Day 05 Xi'an (B.L.D)

Round out your tour with stops at the Museum of Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses of Qinshihuangdi and Great Mosque in the downtown, one of the most famous mosques in the country. You can appreciate combination of the Chinese and Islamic temple and Chinese traditional furniture of Qing Dynasty.

Day 06 Xi'an - Lhasa (B.L.D)

This morning you will take flight CA4218 (09:40-12:10) to Lhasa, literally meaning "Holy-Land", is the heart and soul of Tibet, has history of more than 1,300 years. Our English speaking guide will pick you up at airport and transfer to the hotel.  The rest of the day is on you own.  ***Hotel

Day 07 Lhasa (B.L.D)

You have a full-day visit of Jokhang Temple and Drepung Monastery.

Day 08 Lhasa - Gyantse (B.L.D)

Embark on a coach to Kangbala Plateau, you will visit Yangcuokang Lake. Go to Gyantse by bus, the third largest town of old Tibetan towns. Stay in 3-star hotel 1 night. 

Day 09 Gyantse - Shigatse (B.L.D)

You will visit Baiju Monastery in the morning, embark on a coach to Shigatse in the afternoon. Round out your tour with stops at Tashilhunpo Monastery. Stay in 3-star hotel 1 night.

Day 10 Shigatse - Lhasa (B.L.D)

Embark on a coach back to Lhasa. You will have a rest in Lhasa. Stay in 3-star hotel 1 night. 

Day 11 Lhasa (B.L.D)

You will visit Potala Palace, the most imposing attraction of Lhasa, Sera Monastery, Eight Angles Street and Norbu Lingka. 

 

 

 

 

Day 12 Lhasa - Shanghai (B.L.D)

This morning you will take flight to Shanghai, the largest and most cosmopolitan city, as modern any in the world. You are greeted on arrival and transfer to hotel for check-in. Round out your tour with stops at the riverfront Bund where foreign traders left a legacy of European-style buildings and Nanjing Road, the most famous shopping street in Shanghai. Stay in hotel 2 nights.  ***Hotel 

Day 13 Shanghai (B.L.D)

You have a full-day visit of Yuyuan Garden with its quintessential Chinese zigzag bridges, rockeries, and pavilions, Chinese Tea Garden and Longhua Temple. 

Day 14 Shanghai - Hometown (B.L)

This morning you will visit Jinmao Tower. You will take flight to your home after lunch.
With new insights and found memories of China, you embark on your homebound journey aboard your select airline.
