Day 01 Kashgar (D)

Entry to Kashgar from Torugart Pass, also called Kashi in Chinese, the largest Chinese city to Afghanistan. Stay in 4-star hotel 2 nights.

Day 02 Kashgar (BLD)

You have a full-day visit of Id-kah Mosque, the largest mosque in north-west China, AbakhHojia Tomb and old town. You also stroll into Sunday Bazaar, one of the most colorful markets in China with thousands of people selling and buying their fascinating wares.

Day 03 Kashgar - Urumqi (BLD) 

Fly to Urumqi, the capital city of Xinjiang Autonomous Region. Stay in Holiday inn 1 night.

Day 04 Urumqi - Shihezi (BLD)

Round out your tour with stops at Mt. Hongshan. Your trekking tour starts today, drive to Shihezi. Stay in Shihezi hotel 1 night.

Day 05 Shihezi - Buerjin (BLD)

Trek to Buerjin, you will visit Ghost City. Stay in Buerjin hotel.

Day 06 Buerjin - Karnasi Lake (BLD)

You have a boat ride on Karnasi Lake and visit Tuwa village ruins. Stay in Karnasi log cabin.

Day 07 Karnasi - Altai (BLD)

You have a visit of Gem Museum. Stay in Altai hotel.

Day 08 Altai - Aqubai (BLD)

Drive jeep to Aqubai, visit sapphire mine shaft and gold mine. Camp.

Day 09 Aqutai - Altai (BLD)

Round out your tour with stops at the exhibition of gems in the morning, drive back to Altai after lunch. Stay in hotel 1 night.

Day 10 Altai - Kukotuogai (BLD)

Drive jeep to Kukotuogar, you will visit sapphire minel. Stay in guest house.

Day 11 Kukotuogai - Fuyun (BLD)

Drive to Fuyun, visit Kukotuogar gold mine. Stay in hotel.

Day 12 Fuyun - Urumqi (BLD)

Drive jeep back to Urumqi. Stay in Holiday inn.

Day 13 Urumqi - Turpan (BLD)

Embark on a coach to Turpan, the lowest area below sea level in the world. Here is a community of mixture of Han and Islamic.Round out your tour with stops at Jiaohe Old City and Kar Water Well, the unique underground water system which channels water from place to place from being evaporated in the dry land, is also admired by the visitors. Stay in Oasis Hotel 2 nights.

Day 14 Turpan (BLD)

You have a full-day visit of Gaochang Old City, Mt. Flame, a well-known scene of Chinese legendary story “ Pilgrims to The West” and Bezeklik Thousand Buddha Caves.

Day 15 Turpan - Urumqi - Alma-ata (BL)

Drive back to Urumqi and transfer to Ala'shankou by train N955(23:58—8:00/11:00), leaving for Alma-ata (the train is on Saturday to Alma-ata).
